This selection of herbs will support your immune system to help combat a range of symptoms experienced when having an allergic reaction. They inhibit histamine, which is responsible for the inflammatory response.
Directions: Steep a heaped teaspoon of dried herb, per cup, for 6-9 minutes. Cover cup while steeping. Drink 2-3 cups daily as a preventative, or increase to 3-4 cups while experiencing allergy symptoms.
Ingredients: organic Nettle, organic Elderflower, organic Eyebright, organic Peppermint, organic Yarrow.
