Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory. It is an excellent herb for arthritis and general joint health, reducing pain associated with inflammatory conditions. Turmeric boosts immunity and is a potent antioxidant. Frankincense is also a powerful anti-inflammatory, which increases blood flow to the joints and speeds the healing of broken bones. It has an antispasmodic action which reduces the activity of pain. Trikatu is a Sanskrit word, meaning three spices. It is an ayurvedic blend, in equal parts, of the fruits of Black Pepper, Long Pepper and the rhizomes of Ginger. It is immune suporting, pain relieving and energising. The mixture of these herbs makes the turmeric more bioavailable.
450mg per capsule. 
These capsules are Vegan, made from cellulose.
 
Directions: Take 3 capsules daily, with or after food. Consume with fat to assist absorption.
